We thoroughly implement and obtain the quality system authentication of ISO9001:2000GB/T19001-2000.

We imported equipment with international advanced level, WALTER HELITRONIC VISION with 5-axis 5-link CNC tool grinder, WALTER HELITRONIC MICRO 6-axis 6-link CNC tool grinder, WALTER HELICHEK optical CMM, TESA 355H Profile Projector from Switzerland. Auxiliary equipment, including German DMG machining centers, totaling more than 30 sets.

Mainly produces D0.2-D25 specifications of various series of carbide milling cutters, alloy twist drills, internal cold hole drills, reamers, as well as provide various types of non-standard cutting tools and the corresponding tooling solutions according to customer needs. The products are widely used in aerospace, automotive, cold machine, mold manufacturing and other industries for processing common steel, aluminum alloys, high temperature alloys, titanium alloys, hardened steel, graphite, difficult-to-machine materials and non-metallic materials.
